If you. haven’t realized by now, there’s not one size fits all answer to your health. Watching a video of someone else’s diary of what they eat in a day is not going to get you closer to your goals. Someone else’s struggles and journey isn’t yours.
It’s about time we give ourselves a break and realize we are all a work in progress. Quit judging ourselves and others, and accept that everyone is working through something. We all have different goals and struggles.
We need to quit looking for the quick fix and ignore the marketing that promises us a 6 pack in 6 weeks.. It’s a marathon ,not a sprint and by changing small habits everyday, you will make big changes in the long run.
Change your mindset and you will change your life.
Health is more than physical, it’s mental and emotional. It’s not overthinking it, but staying curious. It’s figuring out what makes your body feel good. It’s trying different foods and new exercises and deciding how they affect you. When you change your bedtime or the people you surround yourself with, do you feel more or less energized.
Get off the rollercoaster of all or nothing when it comes to your health and quit trying to do it alone.
Join Women in Progress, a group of motivated women who are finding balance, minimizing stress and maximizing life together. We keep each other accountable, we show up for each other and support one another as we accomplish goals.
This isn’t a mom’s social hour, but you will find friendship. This isn’t an exercise group, but our group will challenge you to find a happier, stronger version of you. This isn’t a therapy session, but you will have a safe place to come and share your struggles alongside women who will be cheering you on..
